I am Doctor specializing in ailments of aging, also called as Geriatric medicine. Through years of journey in medicine, I came across many heartwarming stories, that left me amazed about umpteen possibilities life has to offer for good health. Inspired by these lives, I decided to take a deep dive into mindful aging.

In my Medical practice, I often find myself giving people recipes to help with certain ailments. Many of my patients have benefitted from changing to healthy diet, some diabetics have been off medications, and people with stroke and heart attacks have recovered to be healthy individuals. There is immense power in mindful eating, which beacons the healing power of foods. I strongly believe in the saying “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”
